At Stringz Kuwait, customer satisfaction is important to us. Here is our returns & refund policy:

Eligibility for Returns:

• You may return most unused and unopened goods within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original condition, packaging and has all tags.
• Some items (e.g., custom orders, used gear, software/installs, opened consumables) may not be eligible for return or may incur restocking fees — we will tell you at time of purchase.

How to Return:

• Contact our customer service (email/phone) within the 7-day period, quoting your order number and reason.
• Arrange for the Goods to be returned to our showroom or via courier (cost of shipping may be borne by you unless the item is faulty).

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm eligibility, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.
• Refund amount will exclude any shipping/delivery charges unless the return is due to our error or faulty item.
  Exchanges:
• If you wish to exchange for a different item of equal or higher value, you may do so by returning the original item and placing a new order (or paying the difference).
  Faulty or Incorrect Goods:
• If the goods you receive are defective, damaged, or not as described, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for repair, replacement or refund (including shipping cost borne by us if confirmed faulty).

Cancellation:

• Orders may be cancelled by you within 24 hours of purchase at no penalty (provided shipping has not yet occurred). After dispatch, the Returns & Refund policy applies.

Special Promotions & Returns:

• Goods purchased on discount or special promotions are subject to the same return eligibility, unless explicitly marked as “Final Sale.”
